Gregg follows....

Old Gregg likes to stay informed and RSS feeds are a great way to keep up to date on all his favourite things.
This week Old Gregg searched the web for things that interest him and added 5 new sites. Unfortunately Baileys did not have RSS feeds available at the time he was looking : (

Unshelved: everyone knows libraries are hotbeds of hilarity and this smart online comic gets comedic value out of the everyday crazy things that happen.

Modcloth: fashion is an everchanging entity and Gregg loves the retro fashions on this website.
Cable Car Tour Dress

Weather Zone: It's important to know the weather patterns each day especially being a manfish.

PLO (State Library of WA): Gregg loves to know what is going on in Public Libraries, PLO has all the latest on what's gone missing in transit and who is off the VDX roster. Now Gregg won't have to log in each time to check what's going on!

Book Depository: this is Old Gregg's favourite place to buy books.

RSS feeds are a great way to let your followers know what is happening (new stock in the library, upcoming author talks, booksales etc) It's also a good way to stay on top of what is happening outside the library.

Some of Gregg's favourite things

Old Gregg likes many things and loves to share pictures of them with everyone. Here are just a few....

Old Gregg likes to wear a tutu, here is a picture of a nice pink one from Flickr. Old Gregg thinks he would look better in this than the model.

Old Gregg has always wanted to learn Russian but living in an underwater cave has made this difficult. Old Gregg found this on his library's catalogue, it looks perfect for those living under the ocean!

Overall photo sharing is a great idea, libraries can use it for marketing, helping patrons with research, promoting local history and many more!
